Part One; of training with Ben Marriott. Going over the princples of animation in particular...    Anticipation.

Idea is to build up Anticipation and transfer between these two frames

This is how I've left it for now, not perfect but the leasons learned. 

Came back a week later, made lots of little tweaks to pull it together.
